Sergeant,
You are to lead a team of your swordbrethren on a field mission of your choice, to be completed before the beginning of summer furlough (Sunday, the first of July). Your roster is to include at least one officer of the Academe, who will observe your performance. You may pursue any mission currently posted or (pending approval from your officers) engage in a task of your choosing.
You may have noticed that, at the time of writing, you are the division's only Sergeant. We expect you to set a high standard for anyone who may seek the rank in the future.
Report all progress to your Adjutant unless protocol dictates otherwise.
