Local groundwater remains suspect, and Forsaken agents have made several attempts to contaminate conjured stock. As such, forces in Chillwind Camp and Andorhal have been acquiring water in several small conjuring sessions, making the resulting supply easier to guard.
I wish to inform local leaders of your capacity to aid in this effort. How many quarts of water can you conjure per hour, while maintaining enough potency to enter combat if needed?

Sir, I believe that I can safely conjure enough water to fill twenty skins per hour while still remaining combat ready. I will be visiting Chillwind Camp later today en route to Andorhal and will certainly do all I can to help in this regard.
