Fellow Guard,
Although the physical door of the office may not always be open, let me assure you the metaphorical one is. If you have a grievance or need an ear, feel free to come to me. This is in no way a replacement for the services of our Chaplain. Chaplain Ashton provides an invaluable service to the entire Order. I am simply another step you can take, should the need arise.
If the grievance merits further handling, past my own capabilities or authority, you may rest assured it will be passed up through the ranks and dealt with in a timely fashion.
