The most noticeable part of Urika's appearance is her wild mop of blonde hair, which is barely tamed by a pair of thick braids. Behind a loose collection of bangs she has a round face that's dominated by a tight pink scar that cuts diagonally across her forehead and nicks her left eyebrow. Aside from someone's apparent attempt at a lobotomy she appears to have an otherwise plain face, save for a smattering of freckles that punctuate her pale features.
Should she produce a particularly wide smile some may notice that one of her teeth has been chipped and is distinctly shorter than the ones beside it.
Whether she's in armor or civilian clothes Urika always has a satchel or knapsack on her person and a set of small totems fashioned out of wood and brass on a ring hanging from her belt.
History:
Urika has spent the last few years ferrying herself between the Alterac Mountains, Aerie Peak and Ironforge. With the situation in the dwarven capital reaching a boiling point, the Wildhammer's newborn union with the Alliance, and the sudden expansion of the warfront she's had to change some of her priorities.

Edania has big chocolate brown eyes that are always wide open and framed with long brown lashes, taking in the sights around her. Her hair is a faded gold that curls just a little.
She is thin, but not overly so. She has ample cleavage, and a heart shaped face. When she smiles she has dimples in each cheek.
Her clothes are always imaculate. She carries a large notebook with her as well as a self-inking quill always.
A lantern always hangs around her, with a net attached to the bottom of it that normally holds a book and quill.
When wearing anything that shows the skin of her arms and torso, burn scars are visible. Some are very bad, others hardly noticeable unless in the right light. She hardly ever shows off skin, however.
Also, though a scribe, her hands are never ink stained.
History: Ania was born to a frost mage in Dalaran, one of the lower ranked Kirin Tor. Orchid never really wanted to have a child, but was against getting rid of one before birth. However, instead of giving Edania up for adoption, she decided to keep her, raising her as well as she thought she could, which basically meant fostering her off on any and all who took an interest in her.
Orchid actually took a bit of interest in the child until it was clear Ania would not follow in her mother's frosty footsteps.
After that she hired any and all tutors she could, which weren't many, and had them teach Ania the basics of mage theory and application, as well as how to make small wind-up toys and draw. She has had five tutors in all, one was a cartogropher, one a toy maker, one a scribe, and the other two were fellow mages.
However, other than the toy maker, the tutors were normally used for Ania's mother's amusement instead of actually training Ania as much as they could have.
When Ania tried to stand up to Orchid, stating that her lessons were important, Orchid got so angry that she took one of the few bottomless bags she had and shoved as much of Ania's things into it. She then opened a portal to Stormwind, telling Ania to work her way back to Dalaran, and shoved her through with the bag.
Ania took a few months to learn Stormwind, then applied for the Servitors of Lothar. After that, her life is common knowledge.
