Your task to rise to advance the rank of Soldier is as follows:

You will take Applicant Skjorva to the Cenarion Wildlands in Desolace and introduce her to the Tauren druids of the Cenarion Circle.  You will see that she talks with them and understands that Tauren are not to be killed on sight, and that their resemblance to cattle is only cosmetic.  You will see that she is educated not only about their history and culture, but that she understands that some Tauren are Neutral, and even those associated with the Horde are not necessarily hostile.  You and the Applicant will undertake any tasks that the Tauren Cenarions ask of you.

While in Desolace, you will also take the opportunity to educate the Applicant as much as possible about the beasts of Azeroth and how to spot the differences between beasts and sentients.  The centaurs, makura, and naga in the area could theoretically be mistaken for beasts by someone unfamiliar with them, and while these are hostile it is still important that she understand that they are not animals.  

Finally, you will educate her on how to spot the difference between an ordinary beast, and a druid in beast form.
