I respectfully request the assignment of a promotion task to advance from the rank of initiate at this time.

Initiate Shadowpaw,

To advance to the rank of Warden, you are hereby authorized to plan, organize, advertise, and run a charity event to raise money for the Orphanage.  You may recruit as many hands as you need to carry out this task.  Attached please find ((x amount)) from our unit coffers.  Please provide receipts.  Further funds may be withdrawn if you provide proof of need.  After the event, please provide a report on the success of the fundraiser.

You may wish to speak with Vandrysse Dyce of The Bunnery bakery in Thelsamar and see if she would be willing to donate some goods.
