(OOC) Reborn on Epsilon

Hello! Coming out of the blue with a fun surprise announcement!

So, Jo, Seda, and I (with Bromm in spirit bc of computer issues) are resurrecting the guild on Epsilon, a private RP server. We have rebuilt the Hinterlands and Aerie Peak in line with what the guild’s always pretended it looked like in retail. Some highlights include Fro’s Leg Pond, an actual third floor for the keep, the city of Aerie Peak itself, and HD updates for terrain.

What is Epsilon?: It’s a private server with a focus on RP and building. You know how Blizzard used phases to separate everyone’s garrisons in WoD? Epsilon expanded on that to allow everyone to create their own private phases where you have a huge amount of freedom to make, say, a Gnomish vacation destination on an otherwise unused island. Or you can visit publicly listed phases to RP in someone’s overhaul of Stormwind City. There is no combat or leveling like in retail, either, and you have essentially console cheat commands to do stuff like teleport around maps, fly without mounts, and morph into any npc in the game. https://epsilonwow.net/ for more information!

Where are the Servitors timeline-wise?: Epsilon doesn’t have Shadowlands content yet, so we’ll be jumping in at the end of BfA. Post-war, pre-Icecrown sky shattering. Now that the Fourth War is over, we can turn our attention to helping its victims rebuild.

Information for Epsilon (if you’re already on there, or once you’ve completed the tutorials if you’re new:) Phase 158469 (nice). Spells are enabled, please don’t test out spells you haven’t tried before or big AoEs. If you’re new to Epsilon, you’re going to be standing around for a hot minute while your computer loads all the game objects so just be patient.

There’s definitely a learning curve to figuring out how building stuff works, but once it clicks you can really do some incredible stuff. Here’s a resource doc that has all the game codes in it-- if you’re trying to learn the ropes and want to learn how to do something, it’s a great help.
