Concerning Official Reports

I have been searching for the appropriate method to filing a field report regarding patrols and have been unable to locate such a document of description or a proper form. Is there such a form that I may utilize?
It is my intention to give a detailed description of the patrols I attend to keep track of any trends we may encounter that could cause possible threat to the Aerie Keep. I have noticed quite a few Horde traveling through the Mountain Pass, a few of which may not have been “passing through”.
If there is no such document, and/or protocol, for providing feedback regarding patrols, I would like permission to create such a document and file it for later use for any of the Servitors.
