This outlines reportable offenses. This includes naming, harassment, improper use of public channels, etc.
Please note that if you do not ask the person to cease, Blizzard will generally err on the side of forgiveness and assume they were ignorant of the rules. So BEFORE you put in that ticket and /ignore, tell them they're committing a reportable offense and you'd like it to stop immediately. If they do stop, you've just educated/scared someone into behaving. If they don't, ticket time. >:D
